It looks like the snow has come to us all in this week of February. Here on the boat we are cosy and warm with our central heating system and electric fan heaters. Actually, with the small space we have, it warms up quickly and we feel less cold than in our house in Ronda, when we were there last winter.
We do have some condensation though, so everything needs to be aired continually. However, this is not really a problem.
The flurries came thick and fast, covering the boat and pontoon with a white layer of snow. We did ask the Capitainerie to put some salt on the moving pontoon as the low tide makes a steep and potentially slippery walk. They kindly obliged and our day was without any broken bones !
